Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, has one foot in the past and one foot in the future. The city is a combination of old world charm, history, narrow streets and squares, a unique bicycle culture and modern art and architecture, designer shops, trendy cafes, cool nightclubs and music venues - not to mention the delicious Nordic food!
Copenhagen is surrounded by water, and the friendly, open-minded Copenhageners never stray too far from it. The city was recently declared the world's best city to live in and the Danes the happiest people in the world. But we already knew that, didn't we?!
