Czech president Milos Zeman drunk as a skunk!

Czech president Milos Zeman was caught on tape visibly drunk in public during a ceremony to view the Czech crown jewels.
Milos Zeman occupies the same office formerly held by Vaclav Havel, the poet, dissident and politician who shepherded the Czechs through the Velvet Revolution. Zeman has already developed a reputation as a hard partier, periodically slurring and staggering around Europe. But that doesn't seem to bother most Czechs. Since claiming a "virus" caused his boozy behavior at the royal jewel ceremony, "I'm going out for a virus" has become the new Czech party call.
