Before going out into your garden it's very important to stretch your muscles.

This is the most important tip that every gardener regardless of age needs to know. With spring in the air and the nervous anticipation to sow your seeds in the ground, you shouldn't rush right into things. Most gardeners have been coupe up in the house for 4-5 months and you need to easy back in to the swing of spring.

We are going to teach you 5 simple exercises to help stretch your muscles in a few minutes to help prevent you from getting that strain or pulled muscle while out in the this season.Also when your doing any strenuous garden work during the heat , take many breaks, Rome wasn't built in a day neither should your garden.

The Twister

Stretch 4
Lunges

Stretch 5
Neck Crank

Don't over do it and listen to your body while your doing these exercises.

Do each of the exercises for about 30 seconds each.
