My 4th Video blog after from 3rd video blog back in 31st Aug 2012, due to being extremely very busy with Fitness & work.

Originally, I was going to use one of the Gym's Studio Rooms, explaining how I got involved with competing in Miami Pro Fitness competitions and how I got in touch with Angie, but I'll explain it in 5th Video blog.

Instead, I'll give you guys a small demo of my new song "Miami Pro" that just come in my mind as soon I've woken up on Sat 6th Oct, one day before attending Miami Pro CAMP on Sun 7th Oct 2012.

But today, as soon I was about to do my 4th Video blog, more ideas are started coming to my mind, as well making a few changes as follows:

Learning new things in everyday life
Life is hard
But we're still trying our best not to let you guys down

Offering us an opportunity of a life time
To shine on the spotlight
Becoming the next big thing in Fitness Industry
So train hard, time is ticking
No time to mess about, it's not a game, it's serious
Stay focused and soon it'll be show time
Feeling the buzz on the stage
Either you're placed as a winner or not
It doesn't really matter because everybody is a winner!

Joining in Miami Pro after party, having a great time to make
Up the lost time missing out partying too hard,
Having lots of fun, too hot too handle with Miami Pro Staff
Networking, connecting & exchange contacts with Miami Pro Athletes
As it's good to talk with the right people in the business

Note: I forgot to say "So train hard, time is ticking like an egg timer" but I've missed out "like an egg timer" bit.

I'm looking forward to attend next Miami Pro CAMP on Jan 2013 as well competing in April 2013
