Super Dip - A Recipe By Annuradha Toshniwal (Vegetarian)

Super Dip
(Serves 4) -
Ingredients -
1 Cup Paneer - Cubed
1 Cup Cream A Cup Fresh Yogurt - hung to drain out water
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. White vinegar
2 tbsp. Parsley - chopped
1-2 tsp Garlic paste
1tsp Black pepper - coarsely ground
Salt - to taste.

Method - Liquidize everything till smooth. Refrigerate. Serve as a dip. OR After liquidizing, pour into a sieve lined with a muslin cloth. Refrigerate until completely drained. Unmould. Serve as cream cheese.
