1. From the phone screen, tap the "Connections" option on the touchscreen.
2. Select the device you would like to remove by tapping it on the touch screen.
3. Select the "Delete" option in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
4. Confirm that you would like to remove this device and all stored phone numbers and entries by tapping yes.
5. You will then see a notification window confirming that your device has been removed.
