A guide to connecting your iPhone, Android or other smartphone to the Uvo system in your new Kia Forte, Optima, Rio, Sorento, Soul or Sportage.

1. To get started, press the Phone button.
2. When prompted to add a phone, press yes on the touch screen.
3. Your vehicle is now discoverable. On your mobile phone, make sure Bluetooth is on and searching for new devices. Once your device has found the vehicle, enter the passkey as shown on the vehicle display.
4. When the pairing has completed, you will see this confirmation screen on your vehicles display.
5. You now have a number of options to make phone calls through your vehicle's Uvo system. You can touch the "Contacts" icon to import your phone's contact list for voice dialing, or press "Dial Number" to enter a phone number.
