She filed a wrongful death action against J Edgar Hoover and the FBI. The Judge that heard the case would not allow a jury trial. He was also a former FBI agent who had recently been appointed by President Nixon.
That former FBI agent turned federal judge had the files of this case sealed so that no one would ever know the truth....until now.
