As Venezuelans prepare to vote on constitutional reforms proposed by Hugo Chavez, the country's president, Sir David talks to American-Venezuelan attorney Eva Golinger and Jose Miguel Vivanco from Human Rights Watch about what these reforms may mean for Venezuela.
