One Minute Exercise

Can you really get a good workout in just one minute? In an effort to get people motivated to stay with their exercise plan, Ontario scientists have discovered a new fitness plan called “HIIT”. This new workout consists of intense exercise for one minute and one minute of rest for a total of 10 times. This 20 minute workout surprisingly produces the same physiological changes as an hour-long session of steady bicycling. #ihtv http://www.insidershealth.com
