Do you know the country Korea? Just 50 years ago, they had nothing in their hands. Korean War was too severe for those who just escape from the colonization by Japan.
Nobody mentioned any word of the hope like future or even tomorrow. For them, tomorrow was just another name of today which they cannot assure their survival. Little praying for their survival was the only thing allowed to them.
There were no poorer countries than this country. The sense of dream for them was that they just spend a day without starving. And they just want their sons and daughter to avoid this poverty.
It was obvious for them that the life was too severe. And it might never astonish us even if they just sob and give up.
Nonetheless they did never attempt to run away as well as give up their presence. Though they couldn't ensure better tomorrow, they just wish the tomorrow of their sons and daughters.
