Passenger slaps flight attendant, claims harrassment

Her trial was originally scheduled for Dec. 26, but she did not show up in court. Her attorneys claimed that she was worried she wouldn't be able to return to China to celebrate her father's 70th birthday. Prosecutors fined her around US$1,000.
