Chinese dissident artist Ai Weiwei is accused of producing pornography, according to an AFP report.
The charges are based on old photos, showing Ai with four nude women. But Ai contends that the photos are not pornography. He says that there is a difference between nudity and pornography.
Earlier this week Ai contested the charges of tax evasion and a bill of $2.4 million. The artist is one of the biggest critics of the Chinese regime. Ai was detained for 81 days at a secret detention center earlier this year by police.
