Hi. I'm Nate Robbins with Norton support. If you're seeing a problem with your subscription or the days remaining in your Norton product doesn't seem quite right, I'll show you a couple steps to get you back on track.

First open up your Norton product and click account. If you're using Norton 360 you'll click account and then click access Norton account. On the sign in screen it should put in your email address for your Norton account, type in your password and click sign in. On this product screen, find which product that has the correct expiration date that you want to use copy down the product key that it shows here and go back to your Norton screen.

On the bottom of the main product Norton screen under subscription status, click renew, activate or subscribe. On the subscription screen, here's where we'll use that product key we just copied down. Enter it in to the box on the bottom and click the arrow button to the right of that box. Once it verifies the key you entered you should now see a thank you screen. Here it'll show how many days of protection you have left for your Norton product. Click the done button on the bottom.

Now your product should have an active subscription with the correct number of days remaining. If it still doesn't seem quite right or you have any other questions check us out at http://Norton.com/support. Thanks for watching.
