Hi, my name is Tomi Bates. I am a Product Manager with the Norton Support Team. This short video will tell you about the Norton Automatic Renewal Service.

The Norton Automatic Renewal Service is an easy way to stay protected from Internet threats by renewing subscriptions for your Norton products before they expire.
That keeps your programs up to date and your computer protected without you needing to worry about it.

The credit card you used to purchase or renew your Norton product in our online store will get billed once a year as long as you are enrolled in the program.
We send you an email before we charge your card so you know it’s coming.
The charge will look something like this on your statement:

It will show as “Norton Annual Renewal” and will include either a telephone number or URL.
Enrollment for the Automatic Renewal Service is offered when you buy or renew most Norton products.

So, if have seen a charge on your card, you enrolled during a previous purchase with us. You can cancel your enrollment at any time by visiting your Norton Account at www.myNortonAccount.com and turning off the auto-renewal feature, or by contacting Norton Customer Service.

For more information on the service, how to update your settings, and more, please visit http://norton.com/annualrenewal
