Carrot Paratha

Ingredients - 2 carrots grated 2 green chillies 1/2 inch ginger 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha mix the grated carrots, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt and mix well. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot with a generous portion of butter and curds.
