Ingredients -
100 gm peas
1 tbsp kasuri methi
250 gm cauliflower
1 tomato
2 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup water
2-3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Preparation -
Heat the oil.
Add the cumin seeds, green chillies, cauliflower, tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger, salt and mix well.
Add green peas, kasuri methi and mix well.
Add water and cook for sometime.
Serve hot.
