The coarsely chopped cottage cheese tossed in masala, gives this dish the appearance and flavor of that kheema dish, you would like to indulge in.

Ingredients -
200 gm indian baby gourd
150 gm paneer
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/2 inch ginger chopped
6-7 pods of garlic chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Few coriander leaves
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Preparation -
Pour half cup water in a pressure cooker.
Add small pieces of paneer, indian baby gourd and pressure cook.
Heat the oil.
Add onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garlic, green chillies and mix well.
Add the paneer and indian baby gourd in the masala.
Mash the mixture.
Add salt and coriander leaves.
