Ingredients - 1 bowl moong dal 2 green chillies 1/2 inch ginger 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha mix the moong dal, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt, lemon juice and mix well. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot with a generous portion of butter and curds.
