Ingredients - For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp ghee Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha take one roundal of the dough and place the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and ghee on it.Take another roundal of the dough and place it on top of the previous roundal. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of ghee on either sides. Serve hot with a huge portion of ghee(clarified butter).
