Ingredients - For puran masala: 100 gm chana dal 50 gm jaggery 2 pinch jaiphal powder 1 tbsp oil or ghee For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it. For the stuffing of the paratha take one roundel of the dough and place puran masala on it.Take another roundel of the dough and place it on top of the previous roundel. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of ghee on either sides. Serve hot with a huge portion of ghee(clarified butter).
