Crispy Fried Bhindi

Ingredients - 200 gm ladyfinger 1 cup besan 1 tbsp corn flour 1 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 cup oil for frying Salt to taste Preparation - Mix besan, cornflour, red chilli powder, amchur powder and salt. Coat the ladyfingers in the already prepared mix. Leave it for 15 minutes. Fry the ladyfingers.
