XENOtip #6 [photoshop] - Add a smooth border to your design

There are many different ways to add a smooth soft feathered border around your document on photoshop, personally, I find this to be the most accurate and easiest. The other way to do this is by using a brush set on a low opacity and basically brushing around the corners, there is a lot of room for error in that method however.

In this tutorial I show you how to select an elliptical selection in the document THEN selecting the inverse and filling that with a low opacity dark colour.
