XENOtip #5 [photoshop] - Add a cool Radial Blur effect on Text

This is just another touch which you could add to your text on photoshop to make it have a cool looking style! By simply radially blurring a duplicated layer, you get a fantastic result as seen on the video. You can actually create more duplicates and attempt to radially blur it in different directions and different colours; you just have to try and experiment and just see what works well!
