The Equimex Chicken Spare Rib Procesor CSRP – 1 is a compact machine to separate fresh chicken thighs into Chicken Spare Ribs (Riblets) and deboned Thigh Fillets. The chicken thighs are placed on a horizontal chain belt. The thighs are then transported into the machine. They pass a cutting unit that separates the meat from the bone in such a way that some meat stays on the bone. This is the so-called Chicken Spare Rib. The thigh meat is in one piece and looks like hand deboned Thigh Fillets. It is possible to adjust the cutting unit to leave more or less meat on the bones.
The CSRP-1 is manufactured of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials and
meets the highest requirements of safety and hygiene.
