VS 250-1 Sausages into Coins

This version of the Sabofa VS 250-1 slices sausages into coins. This is a high precision slicing system. The slicer can operate on both hot and cold products. It slices the sausages in coins of a certain thickness. There is no tearing of the skin of the sausage and a precise and equal thickness is achieved. The line can run up to 200 sausages a minute (12.000 sausages per hour). This Sabofa slicer is equipped with a PLC for easy operation and maintenance.

The VS 250-1 is made of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials.
