Hey I'm Jace. I'm over here at The Fifth Estate in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and I'm here to teach you how to make a Pisco Sour. So first up, we're going to chill our rocks glass, fill it with ice and let it sit, while we build our cocktail in our mixing glass. So we're going to take Pisco, which is a Peruvian great liquor, and take an ounce and a half of this. Throw it in there. We're going to take a half ounce of lemon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup, and then we're also going to take a half ounce of egg whites. We drop the egg whites in there and then it fill with ice. And then we're going to shake. Shake it a lot actually because that's what is going to give it a frothiness from the egg whites. So it takes a lot of shaking to do that. So, shake that real good. And drop it over our ice in the rocks glass, and garnish with a lemon. Your Pisco Sour.
