Ingredients- 1 cup tuvar dal A pinch of asafetida 5-6 curry leaves 1 green chilli 2-4 cups water 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp oil For dhokli: 1 cup wheat flour A pinch of asafetida 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Few coriander leaves Salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds, green chilli, asafetida, curry leaves and mix well. Add the boiled and mashed dal. Add water. For dhokli: In 1 cup wheat flour add asafetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Make a dough out of the mixture and make roundals. Roll out the roundals and make squares out of it. Put the squares in the dal and let it cook. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
