Ingredients: 40 oz 99% lean ground turkey 15 ish Roma Tomatoes 2 Serrano Peppers 3-5 Garlic cloves 2 Red Bell Peppers 2 Green Bell Peppers 1 Tablespoon of Chili pepper, crushed red pepper, and Cayenne Pepper Hand full of Kale 1 Large 1lb can of light red kidney beans 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper Some Cholula or other hot sauce… your preference This is one of the recipes that Cari and I make on the weekends to make sure we have something healthy throughout the week to eat.
