PAKISTAN – Floods: Prisoners in their own village. FATEHPUR, Swat valley, Pakistan. Three weeks on and the people of Fatehpur still cant believe it. The Swat river flooded several miles of this road, the only access route into the north of the valley. Upstream from here, the residents of several hundred villages have been left to their own devices.
