the first day of the two-day tour of his Lok Sabha constituency, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, soon after arrival here at Sultanpur met officials of district monitoring committees and representatives of the public and reviewed the status of development of various projects funded by the central government in the region.
The extensive tour of several villages in his Lok Sabha constituency, with an aim to take stock of the situation related to various projects, was kicked-off by Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi around noon on Friday. On the day one of the two-day visit to Amethi, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi undertook the tour for several hours at a stretch.
