Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi was in Barmer (Rajasthan) to address an election rally in Rajasthan where the Congress Party had emerged victorious in last years assembly elections. He promised that the UPA government at the centre and the state Congress government will look into the problem of water shortage.
