SAN FRANCISCO -- Crewmembers from Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco prepare Luis Castillo, a cancer patient at Oakland Children's Hospital, for a flight in an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009.
