KODIAK, Alaska - A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk rescue helicopter crew hoists a patient suffering from pancreatitis and abdominal distress from the deck of the 780-foot Netherlands-flagged crusie ship Amseterdam 200 nautical miles south of Kodiak April 21, 2010.
