Snow Leopard: $29 beach ball

A couple of days ago, I installed Snow Leopard on a brand new hard drive (after my former hard drive perished). I thought the Spinning Beachball and I were done. With the loss of all the former-hard-drive memories we'd shared, it made sense for us both to move on. I knew he'd still be around, but I figured he'd be distracted by other things in the new environment, especially before I installed Photoshop or any of his other fetishes. Never did I expect our intimacy to reach even greater heights than before, and so fast...
