Rival gang murders make Ciudad Juarez world's murder capital

Fuelled by drug gang rivalries, the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez has the highest murder rate in the world, followed by the Venezuelan capital Caracas and the US city of New Orleans, a Mexican security watchdog said on Wednesday.
