Supreme Court talks tough on lynching over social media rumours. Top court says states are under obligation to see that incidents of lynching should be prevented. Such kind of incidents can't occur. Court's observations came in the backdrop of shocking incidents in Dhule and Chennai. Meanwhile more than 14 people have been lynched from across the country over the rumours of child lifting.
