00:17it seems like there's at least one of their city counselors who gets a lot of headlines his name
00:24is bill dennis he's had some previous outbursts during meetings that have made headlines but he
00:30truly outdid himself this week when he ripped in to his fellow counselors and city staff okay first
00:38he was telling them he asked for all sorts of reports and they never got them to him in time
00:42for this meeting and that they're all idiots and then he just goes off on his fellow counselors
00:50here's here's what happened this is unnecessary nothing but something this is inappropriate
