00:09All right, today's the day. Las Vegas' very first professional sports victory parade going down the Las Vegas Strip, at least a part of it.
00:16Today at 530, it kicks off. Parade route starts at Caesars Palace at Ed's Self on Las Vegas Boulevard in front of the Bellagio Fountains,
00:23where they're going to take the stage. Dignitaries will be there. In-game entertainment will be there.
00:28It should be a lot of fun. There's going to be closures around that intersection as well.

00:41Yeah, a lot of people are also saying if you wanted to be by the stage to park at TI, it's free parking.

01:23Anyways, for those of you that are active in life, you can park at TI. It's free parking.
01:28And it's not going to be a pain getting out because you're not going to be on the strip. You're going to be off the strip.
01:32When my phone tells me I hit my step goal, I'm like, ugh.

01:37But here's the deal, though. Speaking of miles, a lot of people, at least on social, where everyone likes to complain, saying that the route is just too short.
01:44It's an insult to the ladies. Now, being in Boston for the first Patriots parade, that was a very small parade that first year, too.
01:53They had no idea what to expect. It was a madhouse. The next year, things got a lot longer.
01:58That's what I'd say. If you think, you know what, that's not enough support, make sure you're down there.
02:04Make it big so the next time Clark County makes that a much longer parade, which would be great.

02:1716-0 scoring in the fourth quarter that let the Cardinals in for an overtime, and then they lost in OT.
02:25And quarterback Kyler Murray of the Arizona Cardinals decided to run towards the Winfield Club seats and celebrate with a Cardinals fan after that victory.
02:34A hand, though, appears out of nowhere.
02:36This was a video that was kind of just released yesterday. It really took fire yesterday.
02:42And it smacks Kyler right in the face.
02:45Kyler took umbrage to that, spotted a fan that he believed it was.
02:49It was a Raider fan.
02:51Metro is now investigating, and they don't know who the person is.
02:55I feel like they'll probably, there's so many ways, there's so many cameras, hopefully they find out who it is.

03:03There's a problem with having the fans that close to the action, though.

03:18Finally, being put over, wow, CCSD test scores improving.
03:23Thankfully, after the pandemic dip, they're heading in the right direction.
03:26Third through eighth graders took the assessment.
03:27It showed a 41.2% of CCSD students scoring proficient in English.
03:33That's up 4% from the year prior, right in the heat of the pandemic.
03:3626.4% proficient in math, just over 5% higher than the year before.
03:42Not setting the world on fire.
03:44But up is good.
