No Fuss Lasagna Roll-Ups to Try If You're Looking For a Last Minute Dinner

00:00I have some leftover bolognese and there's nothing better than a slow-cooked tomato sauce
00:14the next day. I'm going to reinvent those leftovers by making individual lasagna roll-ups.
00:20I've got some ricotta. I'm going to do about half of this, about 16 ounces. I'm going to be very
00:26generous with my parmesan cheese. Some shredded mozzarella. That looks awesome. I'm going to add
00:31some frozen chopped spinach, some chopped parsley, some pepper. And I am not messing with chopping
00:39garlic for this because I need this done in a hurry. So I'm just going to use garlic salt. It's a great
00:43substitute. Give it a mix. That's it. So I'm going to scoop a little bit of my bolognese down in the
00:49bottom of the pan. I'm going to take some of my filling and I am going to spread it all the way
00:54down in a nice thin sheet. We don't want to overstuff it. Just a little bit of sauce and give it a
01:02little roll. But now we just have to do the rest of them. I'm going to put the rest of the sauce on top.
01:14Last little bit of mozzarella and parmesan. All right, let's put it into the oven. It's going to be awesome.
