00:09First of all, why do you think the Ukrainian Army High Command would decide to hold an awards ceremony in a civilian neighborhood?
00:18They do that all the time.
00:19They have meetings, they have basically gatherings with their native counterparts in places like where there's public appearance.
00:30Where there's civilians around.
00:31We saw numerous such actions in Korea where they did that.
00:35We saw numerous actions where they did this in Pia.
00:38We did this in other parts of Ukraine where they had placements of weapons right in the schoolyards just to show a picture.
00:46This is just done for PR.
00:47If they're going to be hit, those military officials are going to be hit.
00:51It's going to be used for a PR reason to then destabilize the situation in Ukraine, bring more hatred,
00:56and then show to the public, so-called Western public, that this is a war between Russia and Ukraine,
01:03even though it's a proxy war between the United States and Russia.
01:05And they're trying to destabilize the peace talks agreements.
01:09And from my information, that they have been doing this and they are doing this all over Ukraine, in downtown Kiev.
01:15Most of the malls that are there, the parking lots are being used for gatherings with the military,
01:22for the Ukrainian military, to discuss the so-called ongoing war in Ukraine,
01:28and to plan attacks against Russia and Russian forces and civilian targets in the Donetsk region.
01:34Yeah, and following the strike, the mayor of a town in Sumi blamed the region's governor on social media for the attack
01:43and demanded his immediate resignation.
01:46Do you think the governor should be held accountable?
01:50So it's not just being the governor and the head of the security service of Ukraine.
01:54I've been talking to some government officials from Sumi after this tragedy happened,
01:59where there's civilians that are just lying on the ground there.
02:02It's a catastrophe.
02:04It's a catastrophe for everybody.
02:05But right now, I've been talking to people on the ground,
02:07and they've been telling me the situation.
02:09Not only Ukrainian military were present during this gathering and award ceremony in Sumi,
02:16but also NATO and foreign allies of Ukraine, military allies of Ukraine from different countries
02:22were present during this gathering.
02:24So this was done on purpose to basically be protected by civilians,
02:29use the civilians as a shield to protect such meetings of Ukrainian military and foreign entities
02:36that are advising Ukraine right now on how to fight this world with Russia.
02:40So this is the real situation on the ground.
02:41So they are responsible for this.
02:43The mayor, the governor, the president of Ukraine, and the head of the armed forces of Ukraine
02:51are all responsible for this because they are the ones who are planning these gatherings.
02:54They're the ones who are arranging these so-called gatherings of the military.
02:58They're the ones then who are pushing the narrative of the PR that this is a massacre and a genocide
03:03against the so-called Ukrainian people.
03:04But this is what they're doing.
03:06This is just done specifically on a high-level basis, not just of the governor,
03:11but also the president of Ukraine, which is legal by the constitution.
03:16And they're doing this to show and basically destroy the peace talks right now between Russia
03:21and the United States and also show a picture and bring more weapons to Ukraine from Europe,
03:25from the West, and bring more money to keep Brazilian power.
03:29Yeah, perhaps now predictably we have people like the French President Macron
03:33now jumping in, quickly blaming Moscow for killing Ukrainian people
03:36and demanding that strong measures against Russia be taken.
03:40What's your reaction to Mr. Macron's statement?
03:44This is predictable because now Europe is the warmonger machine that's trying to continue this war,
03:51trying to place troops on the ground in Ukraine, which are legal by any standards.
03:55They're not the United Nations.
03:56They don't have the authority to have peacekeeping troops on any soil or any other country.
04:01So they are there to prolong this war.
04:04Macron, Starmer, any other European Union, Germany.
04:08And right now they're trying to continue this war because their economy
04:11and their political situation inside Europe is totally in destruction.
04:15Zero growth of economy in France and Germany.
04:17Even recessions are happening.
04:20A lot of unemployment.
04:21So they need to continue this war to show to the public in Europe why they financed so much money,
04:27they do so much money, wandered so much money through Ukraine,
04:30because if the people will know the truth and this war stops,
04:33they will all be basically responsible for what happened within their own countries
04:38and destruction of their economies in Europe.
04:40So that's what they need to continue this war.
04:42Macron, as a representative of the globalists,
04:44is the one who's going to be talking about it and pushing this war to the last Ukrainian.
04:50Perhaps another desperate attempt to upend the progress made between Russia and Washington
04:57towards a peace deal as well.
04:58Meanwhile, Russia has said that Zelensky is already falling more and more from Washington's good graces,
05:03mainly due to how authorities in Kiev show such disregard for the lives of their compatriots.
05:09And do you think there is any truth to Zelensky's supposed fall from grace with the U.S.?
05:14We have to understand, it's not just the U.S.
05:16It's the neocons and the liberals and the conservatives and the globalists
05:21that are in Ukraine responsible for pushing this war.
05:24The war mongers, people like Lindsey Graham, Newland, etc.
05:28And there's the intel groups that are there in Ukraine
05:30that are not basically supporting or backing the president of the United States,
05:34as they did in Trump's first term when he was the president.
05:37You saw the full sabotage of the State Department, the CIA and the FBI against the sitting president.
05:43Today, the continuation has happened the same thing,
05:45even though there's processes happening in Washington to clean the house.
05:49But the people on the ground in Ukraine today, in the embassy,
05:53the U.S. embassy in Ukraine today are sabotaging the situation with the peace talks
05:59and basically supporting Zelensky behind President Trump's back to continue this war
06:04because they're the ones who brought this war into Ukraine.
06:08They're the ones who advised Ukrainian officials throughout the last 10 years
06:12to fight it, to how to fight Russia and how to basically start this war,
06:16a proxy war against Russia.
06:18They were there on the ground and they don't want to leave
06:20because the money is flowing.
06:21They have the power on the ground.
06:24They control Zelensky.
06:26They don't want to let go of the situation,
06:28even though the president of the United States and his elite want peace.
06:32So we'll see how it's going to develop.
06:33But there is a break between Trump and Zelensky.
06:36Trump does not support Zelensky.
06:38Zelensky doesn't like Trump.
06:39That's for sure.
06:40Trump doesn't want Zelensky to stay in power.
06:42There are talks about changing the government in Ukraine,
06:45even from the United States side.
06:46And today, the only such problem is the so-called deep state of Washington
