00:20you've seen that the markets have been rising sharply. And this is in response to the
00:25Japanese and a number of others reaching out to enter negotiations. That's a pretty clear sign
00:37that the markets understand what is going on here. And that as so long as others respond in a way that
00:47reflects that they, too, understand that there are imbalances in the trade agreements that have
00:54made a big difference in the United States.
