00:00This afternoon, a group returned home from the tragedy with a happy tour of Kalinga.

00:07Their van fell into a ravine in Mountain Province.

00:11Five people were killed and seven were injured.

00:14Darlene Cai was the one who was hit.

00:20This van fell into a ravine that is 50 meters deep

00:25and fell into a ravine last night at Barangay Poblacion in Dangga, Mountain Province.

00:30The driver and four passengers were dead on the spot.

00:33He was the one who was injured and was taken to the hospital.

00:36The PNP, BFP, LGU and residents helped each other to get down from the ravine and rescue the victims.

00:45According to the first investigation of the PNP Cordillera Administrative Region,

00:4912 tourists, a tour coordinator and a driver were in the van.

00:53The van will go to Buscalan, Kalinga, a well-known tourist spot.

01:23Our investigators noticed that there was a metal scratch on the road.

01:28The police also found that the van's wheels were flat.

01:31It looks like the car was flat and our driver couldn't control the car so it fell.

01:46The van driver's family, Vance Hernandez Jr., is in peace.
