00:00District courts issued more universal injunctions and temporary restraining orders during February
00:092025 alone than in the first three years of the Biden administration.
00:15The American people's trust in our court system has hit a record low according to recent daily
00:21reports.
00:22Even Chuck Schumer is touting that he helped confer 235, quote, progressive judges who
00:30are, quote, ruling against Trump time after time.
00:35Somebody should advise the Senate minority leader that that is the problem.
00:40Judges are supposed to be blind as to who's in front of them and just apply the law.
00:45You don't appoint judges to advance your political agenda.
00:50This admission and the sheer number of rulings against President Trump's policies should
00:55raise major red flags for every American who values our Constitution and the separation
01:01of powers.
01:02While Schumer cheers clearly, while Schumer's cheers clearly, these partisan rulings, they
01:09tie the hands of the President of the United States who blocked the agenda of 77 million
01:14Americans.
01:15House Republicans are working to root out bias in our legal system and stop nationwide
01:21injunctions that threaten the separation of powers that our founders intended.
01:26It's absolutely ridiculous that a district judge in San Francisco can issue an injunction
01:32stopping the President from reducing the size of the federal government workforce in Washington,
01:37D.C.
01:38It makes no sense whatsoever.
01:41That's why we're going to pass Congressman Issa's No Road Rulings Act this week to rein
01:46in activist judges, to return district courts to their appropriate role, and to restore
01:51constitutional balance to the three branches.
01:55The policies of 77 million Americans, that 77 million Americans voted for, should not
02:02be held hostage by one unelected district court judge.
02:06It's as simple as that.
02:07By passing Congressman Issa's bill and Congressman Chip Roy's SAVE Act this week, House Republicans
02:13are once again returning common sense to Washington and delivering on the mandate the American
02:19people gave us in November.
02:20And with that, we'll leave you.
