Two brothers, Jack and George Weir, surprised their parents with a memorial bench on Mother's Day in honour of their late sibling, Benjamin, who passed away in 1999.
The bench, installed at Ninesprings Country Park in Yeovil, Somerset, near where Benjamin’s ashes were scattered, was a heartfelt gift following a successful appeal to the council.
The bench provides their parents with a special place to remember Benjamin.
Jack, moved by their emotional response, said the gesture meant more than anything else they could have done.
The bench has since become a gathering spot for family reflection and remembrance.
