01:17that 38.1% of Argentinians live in conditions of poverty according to the second half of

01:24According to the Institute's statistics, which are projected that some 18 million people,
01:30at least 2.9 million of these citizens live in households with insufficient income to
01:36cover their basic needs.
01:37Likewise, economist Lavin Abraham points out that poverty has returned to the levels prior
