00:00China's incursion into Taiwan is a continuation of Beijing's attempt to undermine Taiwan's independence.
00:07The Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff General Romeo Browner Jr. said that it is important for the Philippines to be prepared for a possible invasion of Taiwan.

00:22China's Army, Navy, Air and Lock and Force have once again encircled Taiwan in a military drill conducted by Beijing as a warning to Taiwan's advancing independence.
00:38According to the Ministry of National Defense of Taiwan, the 11th warship of the People's Liberation Army-Navy was detected.
00:46Taiwan is also monitoring China's Shandong aircraft carrier that entered their response zone since March 29.
00:54The Taiwanese troublemaker called China's military threat in the Taiwan Strait and Indo-Pacific region as a continuation.
01:02But they will continue to follow the principle of no escalation of conflict in the face of the ongoing gray zone harassment.
01:11On the 38th anniversary of the AFP-Northern Luzon Command, the AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo Browner Jr. once again gave the D.A. the importance of preparing the Philippines for a possible invasion of Taiwan.
01:26Browner said this is part of the military's shift to territorial defense, where the NORCOM serves as a frontliner in the northern part of the country.
01:36But let me give you this challenge, this further challenge. Do not be content with securing just the northern hemisphere up to Mavulis Island.
01:47So, let's extend our sphere of operations. Because if something happens to Taiwan, inevitably, we will be involved.
01:58There are 250,000 OFWs working in Taiwan, and we will have to rescue them. And it will be the task of Northern Luzon Command to be at the front line of that operation.
02:13The AFP chief added that part of the preparation is the consideration of war.
02:19We are already at war. I am not referring to the kinetic warfare that we see between Ukraine and Russia or between Israel and Hamas.
02:29But we are experiencing already cyber warfare, information warfare, cognitive warfare, political warfare.
02:39So we are already being targeted. The communist China is already conducting united front works in our country.
02:49It is not a coincidence that they are already infiltrating our institutions.
02:58Meanwhile, the Philippine Navy will carry out the strengthening of the Order of Battle in the West Philippine Sea and the waters of the northern part of the country.
03:08The command and control of the officers of the Naval Forces West and Northern Luzon will be at the forefront,
03:14as well as the preparation of the additional ships that will arrive, including BRP Miguel Malbar and BRP Diego Silang, and other more modern vessels.
