Spring has certainly sprung, so we’re asking people around Cardiff why this feels like such a positive time in the year; with longer evenings and warmer weather, how could you not have a spring in your step?

00:25I just think, you know, I think it reminds you that life's quite fleeting,
00:28you only have this many days, especially in the UK, it's hardly sunny ever,
00:32so it's just, grab what you can, enjoy it as much as you can.
00:35Maybe most of what we have, yeah.
00:36Especially with spring, it's so lovely seeing all the flowers come forward
00:39and the leaves starting to go back on the trees.
00:41And Cardiff is such a green city as well, there's so much space.
00:45It just makes people feel happier.
00:47You're in the light, you're in heat, you're just a bit more comfortable.
00:51I'm not in scorching heat, though.
00:53So yeah, I think that's the main thing, is that you're just happier in this city.
