Spring like conditions are dominating the weather across the UK with plenty of sunshine on the cards. Feeling warm for all too with temperatures well above average.

00:00Spring has well and truly sprung. There will be plenty of dry weather around on
00:05Thursday with lots of crisp spring sunshine across England and Wales
00:09although a few isolated showers may bubble up in the West later. There will
00:15be more cloud cover around across Scotland and Northern Ireland however
00:18and it will be breezy with outbreaks of rain across the North West. A mild day
00:23for all areas though with temperatures well above average for the time of year.
00:28Showers will then feed in from the West on Thursday night and there'll be further
00:31showers and spells of rain on Friday but there will also be some sunny spells
00:36between these. The best of the sunshine will be for the southeast and it will be
00:40another mild day for all areas. That brief interlude of wet weather though
00:45does not last long as we return to dry and sunny conditions for most of the UK
00:49over the weekend.
