00:00These 900,000 troops, what are they going to do when they come out?
00:05There will be a bloodbath.
00:07The invocation of phrases such as pogrom, bloodbath, racial superiority,
00:15pick up the gun and fight to the end reflect a medieval mindset and not a 21st century vision.
00:30I want to repeat here, this is one of the most critical times.
00:52There will be a reaction to this.
00:55Pakistan will be blamed.
01:00Two nuclear armed countries will come face to face like we came in February.
01:06And my belief is, la ilaha illallah, there is no God but one.
01:10And we will fight.
01:12And when a nuclear armed country fights to the end, it will have consequences far beyond the borders.
01:30It will have consequences for the world, which is why I repeat I'm here.
01:35Because I'm warning you, it's not a threat.
01:38It's a fair worry that where are we headed?
01:42Prime Minister Imran Khan's threat of unleashing nuclear devastation qualifies as brinksmanship, not statesmanship.
01:51Even coming from the leader of a country that has monopolized the entire value chain of the industry of terrorism,
01:59Prime Minister Khan's justification of terrorism was brazen and incendiary.
02:07For someone who was once a cricketer and believed in the gentleman's game,
02:12today's speech bordered on crudeness of a variety reminiscent of the guns of Dara Adam Khel.
02:20They actually went against the Indian Constitution.
02:23Illegally, they revoked Article 370, which gave Kashmir the special status.
02:30They got an extra 180,000 troops there.
02:34That what sort of a mindset would lay siege to 8 million people with 900,000 troops?
02:41Women, children, sick people, locked in as animals.
02:47Does he think that people of Kashmir will quietly accept the status quo?
02:54Because India has changed the constitution and taken away the special status, they'll accept that?
03:00Mr. President, Pakistan's virulent reaction to the removal of an outdated and temporary provision
03:08that was hindering development and integration of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir
03:14stems from the fact that those who thrive on conflict never welcome the ray of peace.
03:21While Pakistan has ventured to upstream terrorism and downstream hate speech there,
03:27India is going ahead with mainstreaming development in Jammu and Kashmir.
03:32Mr. Narendra Modi is a life member of RSS.
03:36RSS was an organization that was inspired by Adolf Hitler and Mussolini, came about in 1925.
03:47They believed in racial purity, racial superiority.
03:52They also believed they were an Aryan race like the Nazi believed they were an Aryan race.
04:00This RSS believed in the ethnic cleansing of Muslims from India.
04:07Mr. President, having mainstreamed terrorism and hate speech,
04:11Pakistan is trying to play its wild card as the newfound champion of human rights.
04:18This is a country that has shrunk the size of its minority community from 23% in 1947 to 3% today
04:28and has subjected Christians, Sikhs, Ahmadiyas, Hindus, Shias, Pashtuns, Sindhis and Balochis
04:38to draconian blasphemy laws, systemic persecution and blatant abuse and forced conversions.
04:46Their newfound fascination for preaching human rights is akin to trophy hunting of the endangered mountain goat, the Markhor.
04:55This is openly stated. You look at the founding fathers of RSS, Gulwaker and Savarskar.
05:06Just Google them and you'll find out.
05:09And this ideology of hate is what murdered the great Mahatma Gandhi in 1948.
05:21It was this ideology of hate that made Narendra Modi in 2002 do a pogrom against Muslims in Gujarat when he was the chief minister.
05:36Pogroms, Prime Minister Imran Khan Niazi, are not a phenomenon of today's vibrant democracies.
05:44We would request you to refresh your rather sketchy understanding of history.
05:49Do not forget the gruesome genocide perpetrated by Pakistan against its own people in 1971
05:57and the role played by Lieutenant General A. A. K. Niazi,
06:02a sordid fact that the Honourable Prime Minister of Bangladesh reminded this Assembly about earlier this afternoon.
